Mark has over 20 years' IT experience covering the full project life cycle, having undertaken roles including project sponsor, project manager and programme test manager as well as strategic business roles with software testing consultancies.

Prior to founding ROQ IT, Mark was Vice President of European Operations for AppLabs, where he was responsible for Delivery, Resourcing, Recruitment, HR, IT Infrastructure and Administration. He was also responsible for offshore delivery models and revised onshore delivery models using offshore resources.

Preceding this, Mark was a Director of IS Integration and played a key role in developing the company into the largest independent testing organisation in the UK. Leading the Northern Division within IS Integration, Mark was responsible for both the sales and operations teams with annual revenues in excess of £16m and a team size of 200+ consultants.

Within ROQ IT, Mark is responsible for the Operational and Delivery aspects of the business, including the development of methods, processes and services.

Mark has over 20 years' experience in sales and marketing roles within the IT industry. Prior to joining ROQ IT, Mark held the role of Vice President at AppLabs, where he had responsibility for business development and led the major account management function.

During his career, Mark has achieved success by building long term business relationships based upon exceptional client focus. His experience has been within the Financial Services and Retail industries and in addition, he has built strong commercial relationships within a number of Systems Integrator organisations.

Mark's role within ROQ IT is business development and account management. His aim is to use his experience, drive and enthusiasm to provide clients with solutions that produce real and tangible value through their relationship with ROQ IT.

Stephen has over 15 years' experience selling strategic testing solutions, building global brands and managing marketing initiatives worldwide for companies in the software testing market.

Previous roles for Stephen include Global Marketing Director for Validata Software, who have a niche and innovative ALM solution, and Assistant Vice President of Global Marketing for AppLabs – a leader in the offshore testing market.

Within these roles he successfully raised and strengthened the companies' standing within the Analyst Community, as well as driving a global re-branding programme of AppLabs across the US, UK and India, spending time in each region. In addition to these roles, Stephen was an extremely successful Senior Account Manager for IS Integration, a leading UK based testing consultancy, which involved working closely with clients to pioneer new services and solutions.

As a founder of ROQ IT, Stephen is responsible for leading the sales and marketing initiatives, driving service innovation to ensure long lasting relationships with clients.

Clive is a seasoned IT professional and successful entrepreneur, with a career spanning 30 years. He was co-founder of IS Integration, which grew to become the UK's leading testing consultancy with an enviable record for providing excellent customer service.

Following the acquisition of IS Integration by a global IT services company, Clive has broadened his business interests, including several non-executive positions, and undertaken various charitable roles.

Clive's success is predicated on providing an excellent service that is designed to ensure that customers achieve their goals. With a strong commercial awareness and an incredible eye for detail, he will ensure that ROQ IT remains focused on helping their customers succeed.
